Lawyers cannot act against existing clients or commitments, so the party names are checked before anything confidential is shared. This form carries names only. It is deliberately not the place for facts or documents.

Why names only. Until the check clears, the practice must be free to act for the other side, so nothing you send at this stage should be something you would mind the other side's lawyers knowing. Names are enough to run the check.
